a copy of our Bylaws, Restrictive Covenants, and sample Resale Certificate.
Report Violations to the Environmental Services Department
If you have a problem with unmowed lawns, improper use of housing, or other issue, please contact
our HOA President,
She is working closely with the Environmental Services Department to rectify code violations.
Join our Neighborhood Watch
The HOA participates in the local chapter of Neighborhood Watch. Every resident is welcome to participate
in their meetings. If you are interested, please email

The purpose of Neighborhood Watch is the following:
- Send out crime alerts
- Send out safety tips/recommendations
- Meet occasionally to discuss crime reports & discuss a relevant crime prevention topic
- Hold a neighborhood picnic yearly

The notes have a wealth of information regarding protecting you and your residence from criminal activity.
