The Estates of Wellington Run Community Association is a not-for-profit organization serving the
homeowners of our development. The Estates are located on the north side of
Dallas, TX in the suburb
community of Carrollton, TX.
We have a tremendous diversity of people in our development.
Membership in this organization is mandatory for all homeowners,
per Article XIV, Section 14.1 of the protective covenants of the
Association recorded as a matter of public record with the Office of the
Dallas County Clerk at Volume 95013, pages 06268 of the Deed Records.
Our neighborhood encompasses nearly 80 houses. Most of the homes are located
on the side of a large slope near the eastern boundry of Carrollton. Generally,
the houses are evenly divided between one story and two story designs. They
range in size from 2400 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft. A number of the houses also include
swimming pools.
