Our neighborhood encompasses nearly 80 houses. Most of the homes are located
on the side of a large slope near the eastern boundary of Carrollton. Generally,
the houses are evenly divided between one story and two story designs. They
range in size from 2400 sq. ft. to 3500 sq. ft. A number of the houses also include
swimming pools.
